The Ideas Engine is a framework for innovation which unlocks the creativity that exists within the Arriva Group and encourages our colleagues to share their ideas. We fund pilot schemes to test and validate the potential of the best ideas and we share results across all our markets so that the whole group – and our clients and passengers – can benefit.
